Help Me (Spoken Word)

This is how you shall help me, 
The girl who is good at hiding her pain, 
I am my downfall right now, 
No one seem to notice anyways, 
and I am sure no one will notice,
I dont let anyone see me at my breaking points,
Instead I will laugh, joke around and act it all out.
I fool myself most of time, and everyone else,
But if you look at me, and give a good stare deeply,
without me noticing,
Just look at me even when your not looking at me directly,
even from a distance, and
when I laugh, you will see all of my true emotions
going out of me, if you look closer
you would see my tears streaming
down my face, only! If you look closer.
And If you ever want to ask me on how I feel,
never ask me when I be surrounded by people, I might breakdown
and its not easy for me, I might pour myself
on you and I might ask you to leave me,
when in fact I will be saying " Please dont leave"
Instead I will be wanting you to hold my hand, tightly
until your hands moist with its sweats,
and do not ever let go of it,
Trust me, you will be my strength that grips.
All you need is one look, and
you will see the darkness that will eat you, scar you up,
and dont give up one me,
Tell me, or remind me of how worthy I am,
Even when in fact I dont believe so,
Dont let my emotions and stubborn push you,
I might find many ways to get you tired of me,
To get tired from my anxieties and dramas that I have,
I will make you leave, after all I dont want to bother you
Dont leave me, you can help me,
Dont leave me, you cant help me
